Welcome to the Internet home of the West Virginia Police Canine Association. We are a not-for-profit organization that was established in 1993 to network police service dog teams throughout the State of West Virginia. While developing performance standards, we continue to provide training opportunities and other resources to assist members in the performance of their professional duties to the public. Our mission is "To Unite and Assist Police Service Dogs and Handlers in the State of West Virginia."
